Manage organization users and permissions.

User Management


Overview

Organization administrators can:

  • Invite new users
  • Manage user roles
  • Deactivate accounts
  • View user activity

Inviting Users

Send Invitation

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Users.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter email address.
  4. Select initial role.
  5. Click Send.

Bulk Invite

Invite multiple users:

  1. Click Bulk Invite.
  2. Enter emails (one per line).
  3. Select role for all.
  4. Send invitations.

User Roles

Organization Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full organization control
Admin Manage users, billing, settings
Member Access projects as assigned

Changing Roles

  1. Go to Users list.
  2. Click user's role.
  3. Select new role.
  4. Changes apply immediately.

Deactivating Users

Deactivate Account

  1. Find user in list.
  2. Click Deactivate.
  3. Confirm action.

User loses access immediately but:

  • Their data remains
  • Can be reactivated later
  • Past contributions preserved

Reactivate

  1. Filter to show deactivated.
  2. Click Reactivate.
  3. User regains access.

Activity Logs

View User Activity

See what users have done:

  • Login history
  • Projects accessed
  • Items created/modified
  • Last active time
