Track and manage items across your construction projects.
Overview¶
Items are the core building blocks for tracking work in SiteWhiz. There are four types:

Item Features¶
- Assignees - Assign items to team members
- Due Dates - Set deadlines for completion
- Evidence - Attach photos and documents
- Location - Pin items to plan drawings
- Voice Capture - Create items by speaking (mobile)
Quick Actions¶
Common Tasks
- New Item: Click "+ New Item" or use voice capture on mobile
- Filter Items: Use the filter bar to narrow results
- Bulk Actions: Select multiple items for batch operations
- Export: Generate reports from filtered item lists
