Scheduling Reports

Set up automated report generation.


Overview

Schedule reports to generate automatically on a recurring basis.


Creating a Schedule

  1. Go to Reports > Schedules.

  2. Click New Schedule.

  3. Select report type.

  4. Configure frequency:

  5. Daily
  6. Weekly
  7. Monthly

  8. Choose delivery method:

  9. Email
  10. Save to project

  11. Click Save Schedule.

Frequency Daily, Weekly, Monthly
Day Specific day of week/month
Time Time to generate
Recipients Email addresses
Format PDF, Excel

Managing Schedules

Edit Schedule

  1. Find schedule in list.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Modify settings.
  4. Save changes.

Pause/Resume

Toggle schedules on/off without deleting.

Delete

Remove schedules you no longer need.
