Scheduling Reports¶
Set up automated report generation.
Overview¶
Schedule reports to generate automatically on a recurring basis.
Creating a Schedule¶

Go to Reports > Schedules.

Click New Schedule.

Select report type.

Configure frequency:
- Daily
- Weekly
-
Monthly
-
Choose delivery method:
-
Save to project
-
Click Save Schedule.
Schedule Options¶

| Day | Specific day of week/month |
| Time | Time to generate |
| Recipients | Email addresses |
| Format | PDF, Excel |
Managing Schedules¶
Edit Schedule¶
- Find schedule in list.
- Click Edit.
- Modify settings.
- Save changes.
Pause/Resume¶
Toggle schedules on/off without deleting.
Delete¶
Remove schedules you no longer need.
