Quick Fixes¶
Can't Log In?¶
- Check your email address is correct
- Try "Forgot Password" to reset
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
Documents Not Syncing?¶
- Check cloud storage connection in Project Settings
- Verify folder permissions in Dropbox/OneDrive
- Click "Sync Now" to trigger manual sync
- Check the sync status indicator
Mobile App Issues?¶
- Ensure you have the latest app version
- Check internet connection
- Try logging out and back in
- Clear app cache in device settings

Error Codes¶
