Quick Fixes

Can't Log In?

  1. Check your email address is correct
  2. Try "Forgot Password" to reset
  3. Clear browser cache and cookies

Documents Not Syncing?

  1. Check cloud storage connection in Project Settings
  2. Verify folder permissions in Dropbox/OneDrive
  3. Click "Sync Now" to trigger manual sync
  4. Check the sync status indicator

Mobile App Issues?

  1. Ensure you have the latest app version
  2. Check internet connection
  3. Try logging out and back in
  4. Clear app cache in device settings
