Common Issues

Forgot Password

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your email.
  4. Check email for reset link.
  5. Create new password.

Invalid Credentials

  • Verify email is correct
  • Check for typos
  • Ensure caps lock is off
  • Try password reset

Account Locked

After too many failed attempts:

  1. Wait 15 minutes.
  2. Or use password reset.
  3. Contact admin if persists.

Invitation Issues

Invitation links expire after 7 days:

  1. Contact your project admin.
  2. Request a new invitation.

Already a Member

If you see "already registered":

  1. Try logging in normally.
  2. Use forgot password if needed.

Browser Issues

Clear Cache

  1. Open browser settings.
  2. Clear cookies and cache.
  3. Try logging in again.

Try Different Browser

Test with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

Disable Extensions

Ad blockers may interfere:

  1. Disable extensions temporarily.
  2. Try logging in.
