Sync Issues¶
Solutions for cloud storage synchronization problems.
Check Connection Status¶
- Go to Project Settings > Integrations.
- View status indicator.
- Check last sync time.
Common Issues¶
Not Syncing¶
- Verify cloud storage is connected.
- Check folder permissions.
- Click Sync Now.
- Wait for sync to complete.
Permission Denied¶
- Open your cloud storage (Dropbox/OneDrive).
- Verify you have access to the folder.
- Check folder sharing settings.
- Reconnect if needed.
Duplicate Files¶
- Check if file exists in multiple locations.
- Remove duplicates from cloud storage.
- Wait for next sync.
Reconnecting¶
Disconnect and Reconnect¶
- Go to Integrations.
- Click Disconnect.
- Wait a moment.
- Click Connect again.
- Reauthorize access.
- Select folder.
Manual Sync¶
Force immediate sync:
- Go to Documents.
- Click Refresh icon.
- Wait for completion.
