Sync Issues

Solutions for cloud storage synchronization problems.


Check Connection Status

  1. Go to Project Settings > Integrations.
  2. View status indicator.
  3. Check last sync time.

Common Issues

Not Syncing

  1. Verify cloud storage is connected.
  2. Check folder permissions.
  3. Click Sync Now.
  4. Wait for sync to complete.

Permission Denied

  1. Open your cloud storage (Dropbox/OneDrive).
  2. Verify you have access to the folder.
  3. Check folder sharing settings.
  4. Reconnect if needed.

Duplicate Files

  1. Check if file exists in multiple locations.
  2. Remove duplicates from cloud storage.
  3. Wait for next sync.

Reconnecting

Disconnect and Reconnect

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Click Disconnect.
  3. Wait a moment.
  4. Click Connect again.
  5. Reauthorize access.
  6. Select folder.

Manual Sync

Force immediate sync:

  1. Go to Documents.
  2. Click Refresh icon.
  3. Wait for completion.
